Vanguard incorrect ban

Zepher was banned on July 7th.

He is a former fortnight player and was expected in the Japanese community.
He has also been interviewed by thespike.

I suspect there are other players who have received an innocent ban.
I'm worried if the ban will be removed even if it's not a famous player.
