Hello, i wanna build a 30+ EU TEAM

NoutonHello Swedish guy 30years old wanna build 30+ eu team
my main is Viper now,
my old main have been raze, jett, omen,Reyna & Cypher
have played since beta,
are gold2 or gold3 have been plat 2 as max
things that i want from this team:
communications,
if it is to many enemy fall back, better to go 5v5 then try to take them all,
if u die ping on the map were the last one were if u die, even if u say in the mic,
dead people tell if they did get ult from killing people,
what ability and where they did use it
at round start talk what u think they will do, what ult they have...
what i want from this team is to play smart and not to frag ex: plant the bomb try to make good decisction and not rush to killl,
why i do want that is because i wanna build a team that are not the same as other team.
and ofc test new strats to see whats work..
i work 8hours / day can play around 5-7hours a day after work, free friday can play like 18hours and saturday 18hours and sunday some to....
