Professional CSGO Coach switching to Valorant

TECHNEEEHello,
For the past two years, Ive been a professional coach for Albania's CSGO team (now woth flatroo, sinopsy, gxx), and Im lookong to switch to Valorant as Ive now moved to my home country: America. Im currently employed as the head coach at a small university, but Id like to pursue the professional scene. Im 31 and I bring with me not only a strategic approach, but a holistic perspective well aware of the social dynamics needed for progress.
