MagicznYYJust wanna say that system that you get people in team with +/- same rank/mmr sucks in this game.
I played like 50-60 games after placement's in diamon 3 / immortal 2 and in every game i had people that make 10-13 frags without communication.
This game will not be good if this will still be the same.
