Why am I never getting queued with my level?

mAngOwOWell im bronze 2, started from there and god never letted me get to bronze 3, so far yet so close all the time, and im getting queued with silver 1 or 2's and sometimes even Gold, and when i get queued with actual bronze's they are all smurfs, back to the topic, Why am i getting queued with people so high ranked when i soloq
