100 Thieves have announced the arrivals of Derrek "Derrek" Ha, William "Will" Cheng, and Brenden "stellar" McGrath. Besides, Peter "Asuna" Mazuryk and Sean "bang" Bezerra will stick with the organization for the upcoming stage. After Hiko, Ethan "Ethan" Arnold has also left the organization.

Not meeting the expectations pushed the Thieves to make roster and staff changes before the second stage. The first changes came during the season and after finishing the stage unsuccessfully, 100T began rebuilding their roster by signing a whole new staff. Lastly, they parted ways with Spencer "Hiko" Martin as covered, the legendary FPS player joined the organization’s content team to pursue his streaming career.

Will has proved his firepower abilities by stepping up as the duelist for Gen.G Esports. Looking at his current individual form, the Canadian player picked Jett nine times in the last two months and held a 1.19 rating with the agent. During this time Gen.G appeared in two different events but failed to win either one of them. Secondly, Derrek has been one of the most important pieces of the Rise squad. He mainly plays Sova and helps his team with his archery skills mostly. Lastly, stellar has joined the roster from SoaR. He plays different agents such as Killjoy, Chamber, Viper, and Sage which creates tactical flexibility for the team. He is also known for his IGL duties on the battlefield.

Ethan "Ethan" Arnold announced his departure from the team as he wasn't included in the new roster announcement. 100 Thieves now have two important players to carry the firepower load, Asuna and Will. Their announced roster before VCT 2022 - North America - Stage 2 - Main Event is as follows:

United States Peter "Asuna" Mazuryk United States Sean "bang" Bezerra United States Derrek "Derrek" Ha Canada William "Will" Cheng United States Brenden "stellar" McGrath
