Just a few days after announcing their roster, BearClaw Gaming have revealed their head coach as Yoo “Locomotive” Jung-sun, formerly of T1 Korea.

Previously working on Counter-Strike: Global Offensive broadcasts under the name ajo, Locomotive brought significant success to T1 Korea, helping them take second in the APE VALORANT Battle and to qualify for the First Strike Korea Regional Final. This all somewhat pales, though, with T1 Korea’s big breakout event, the A.W EXTREME MASTERS ASIA INVITATIONAL, where they took DRX to the absolute brink in the finals. That event took place several months into Locomotive’s coaching tenure.

As several former T1 members are now with BearClaw, notably Choi "10X" Jin-woo and Kim "Harry" Han-gyu, Locomotive will have experience with some of the players. His signing also puts BearClaw in the intriguing position of having both Locomotive and former Cloud9 Korea head coach Yu “Pavane” Hyeon-sang with the team. Pavane serves as the Director of Operations.

BearClaw Gaming is now:

South Korea Choi “10X” Jin-woo South Korea Kim “Harry” Han-gyu South Korea Yu “BuZz” Byung-chul South Korea Jeon “GANA” Hyeong-heon South Korea Kang “iNTRO” Seung-gyun

South Korea Yoo “Locomotive” Jung-sun
