FUT Esports have already been accepted to the VCT 2023 EMEA League and the organization is now looking to strengthen its roster before the season starts. Being one of the two Turkish teams in the EMEA competition, FUT will once again stick to its Turkish players. Today, the sixth player has also been announced to finalize the roster. Ata "AtaKaptan" Tan has joined the organization from Thunderbolts Gaming. The starting five of FUT are still unknown.

FUT Esports had shown impressive performances at VRL: Türkiye Stage 2 challenge and won the tournament after taking down Fire Flux in five maps. FUT’s dominance continued internationally as the organization had a great run at VRL Finals. Multiple teams from different countries of EMEA failed to stop FUT’s march and the Turkish team won the tournament. Lastly, FUT won the Red Bull Home Ground #3 Turkish Qualifiers. FUT’s performance and business model granted them a spot at VCT 2023 EMEA League. It was known that the organization wanted to continue with Turkish players and some rumors stated that they were after TBG’s AtaKaptan. Finally, the announcement came today as FUT found its sixth man before the start of the season.

AtaKaptan’s professional career started with Thunderbolts Gaming. He never had a chance to compete on the international stage but surely showed impressive performances regionally. Since the first days of his career, his performance has been appreciated by a majority of the Turkish community. He wore the TBG jersey at off-season tournaments and interestingly he even played against FUT a couple of weeks ago. He mainly plays smoker agents and his favorite is Viper with 89 picks. AtaKaptan currently holds a 1.21 rating and 1.20 K/D, looking impressive despite his role.

It is rumored that FUT might sign a few coaches to work with GAIS but until the official announcement, their current roster is:

Turkey Buğra "MOJJ" Kiraz Turkey Doğukan "qRaxs" Balaban Turkey Konuralp "qw1" Şahin Turkey Furkan "MrFaliN" Yegen Turkey Serhat "Muj" Yüksel Turkey Ata "AtaKaptan" Tan

Turkey Berke "Mol" Mol (Manager) Turkey Eray "Gais" Sarikaya (Head Coach) Paraguay Iván "Inthra" Argüello (Analyst)
