GIANTX have been accepted to the VCT 2023 - EMEA League and the organization began building the roster a while ago. Today, the official announcement was made on Twitter, revealing the roster of the team. While Fit1nho is the only member to stay within the organization from last year, rhyme, nukkye, hoody, Cloud, and pipsoN arrived to compete for Giants’ success.

Giants Gaming’s history consists of success at different titles and the organization made its entrance to VALORANT in 2020. With the end of the unsuccessful year, Giants managed to clinch a spot at VCT 2021: Europe Stage 3 Challengers 2, after many tries in qualifiers. The organization has spent last year at VRL 2022 Spain League. Having a long history and a strong application gifted them a spot at VCT 2023 EMEA League and they are ready to take the challenge on with their almost-whole new roster. Giants had important players last year at VRL Spain but only Fit1nho will stick with the organization. They have acquired hoody, nukkye, and pipsoN from G2 Esports, Cloud from Natus Vincere, and picked up rhyme who was a sub for FPX during VALORANT Champions 2022.

Fit1nho was one of the key parts of the roster last year. He played 54 maps during the 2022 season and his favorite agent was Jett with 21 picks and Raze followed her with 19 picks. The Spanish duelist held a 1.19 rating throughout the season but failed to help his team reach the VRL Finals. After G2 was rejected from the partnership, all the players started looking for different teams. nukkye and hoody were two of them who found themselves a home in Spain. The Russian coach, pipsoN has also followed their steps to join Giants. Cloud’s new home will also be the Spanish organization. He had recently parted ways with Natus Vincere. Cloud holds the best rating out of the announced roster with 1.24 since the beginning of his career. Finally, rhyme will be the IGL of the roster in the upcoming year. The Norwegian player competed for Gen.G last year and appeared as a sub for FPX at VALORANT Champions 2022.
