Effective immediately, Team Liquid will be bringing in Nabil "Nivera" Benrlitom to it's Valorant team. The brother of Liquid mainstay Adil "ScreaM" Benrlitom, has decided to make the switch from Counter-Strike to "the other FPS game".

Nivera will be taking the place of James "Kryptix" Affleck, who the team announced would be taking a break from the team due to personal reasons. As for Nivera, he was previously a player in CSGO for such teams as Team Heretics and Team Vitality. It was during his time with Vitality that he would become the first ever 6th man of a team, subbing in and out as a "Super sub" for certain maps. However he had been benched since early 2021, due to Valve making the decision to ban 6-man rosters for the time being.

We will next see the new look Liquid in the upcoming VCT 2021 - EMEA Last Chance Qualifier, where Liquid will take on One Breath Gaming, who also have a new roster of their own.

Team Liquid will now field: Belgium Adil "ScreaM" Benrlitom Belgium Nabil "Nivera" Benrlitom Finland Elias "Jamppi" Olkkonen United Kingdom Travis "L1NK" Mendoza United Kingdom Dom "soulcas" Sulcas

United Kingdom Connor "Sliggy" Blomfield (Coach)
