According to the latest report of George Geddes, Cloud9 will complete its roster by acquiring Jordan "Zellsis" Montemurro. Zellsis recently parted ways with Sentinels and made his return to Version1 after failing to qualify for VALORANT Champions 2022.

Cloud9 have made it to the partnership league and they are looking to sign a competitive roster that could lead the league in the 2023 season. Previously, it was reported that the VCT 2023 - Americas League representative is close to signing yay, the latest Champions finalist under the OpTic Gaming roof. With the latest news, they are going to finalize their roster with Zellsis, who will be joining his ex-teammate, Vanity.

Zellsis played for Version1 for a long time throughout his professional journey. He made it to the VCT 2021 NA Stage 2 Challengers Finals and represented the region at VCT 2021 Stage 2 Masters - Reykjavik. Lastly, he played for Sentinels to help the team qualify for VALORANT Champions 2022 İstanbul but Sentinels failed to get past the NA LCQ. Zellsis made his return to V1 and the organization is not one of the accepted partnership participants. Zellsis currently holds a 1.23 rating and a 1.23 K/D. During his journey with Sentinels, he played KAY/O 6 times and Neon 2 times.

Cloud9’s current roster, without the official announcements of yay and Zellsis, is:

United States Nathan "leaf" Orf United States Erick "Xeppaa" Bach United States Anthony "vanity" Malaspina

United States James "JamezIRL" Macaulay (Head Coach) Canada Gaël "vexel" Attal (Coach)
