Although most organizations that were denied entry into the Riot partner program decided to drop their roster hoping to pursue other endeavors, a few organizations were persistent on supporting their Valorant division and embarked on a rigorous process of restructuring in hopes for a viable run at the Challengers and Ascension tournaments. Amongst these teams was YFP Gaming, who have decided to incorporate the existing Country BoyZ into their organization as a Free Agent roster.

YFP Gaming did not have an exceptional showing in 2022 with their attempts to make it to the Main Event falling through in both Stages despite having an entirely different roster for the latter half. After failing to make it to any VCT events, they retired to playing tier 2 tournaments, but they severely lacked consistency in their gameplay and had their placements scattered all over the place. Following news of Riot planning on a league system for VCT 2023, members of their roster gradually parted ways leaving the organization without a Valorant team for the remainder of 2022.

The Country Boyz roster was formed by Free Agents around the region that collaborated together to participate in the recently concluded Pittsburgh Knights Monthly Gauntlet 2022 - October where they placed 3rd-4th and then in Mystic Singularity Series - #2 and finally VCT 2022 OFF SEASON - BoomTV - Select Qualifier where they qualified directly from the Upper Brackets for the Main Event against notable Tier 2 teams in the scene. Their team consists of former ZeroMarkmen Black, Akrew and TSM Academy players. It is important to note that the team hasn't signed any of the players but rather have welcomed them strictly as a Free Agent roster.

Country BoyZ's roster is as follows:

United States Tristan "Critical" Trinacty United States Andrew "Gucc107" Gutnichenko Canada Anthony "venture" Ziade Canada Danny "HUYNH" Huynh United States Samir "syfi" Karimov
