In the group stage you have 5 hearts and if you lose, you lose one of them. If you don't have any hearts left, then the team is eliminated.
If no one is eliminated till the end of the group stage, the points ranking is deciding who is getting further.
Four teams are getting eliminated and the four teams who survived they advance to the playoffs.
