The sporting range isn’t as big as you’d expect from a traditional sportsbook, but then, I’ve visited a few of those and found a limited list of sports on offer as well, so I think ProphetX has got the balance just right here.

When you view the center part of the site, you’ll see matches in various sports along with the odds provided for each. If you’re familiar with traditional sportsbooks, you’ll find the format much the same in terms of odds and how they’re presented. Just remember that you can use Prophet Points for social picks and Prophet Cash for sweepstakes sports picks. You’ll also see options to ‘view all markets’ for each match, so you can see what’s available.

Testing the Prophet X customer support

Thankfully, I found both the app and the website quite easy to use. The landing page online explains how it all works and even gives you a short FAQ covering the main points. Once you’re inside the lobby, you can see all the available sports, events, and odds for various matchups. You will also find a help center link there, which takes you to the service provided by Zendesk. I noted a search box at the top of the page, but a quick scroll revealed five topic areas to explore:
