Is LetsJackpot legit? That’s what I aim to find out in my in-depth brand rating. I’ve been busy testing both the sportsbook and casino at LetsJackpot, adding the brand’s latest promotions to the banners around this page as I go.

On paper, LetsJackpot certainly seems like a compelling proposition. There are over 2,500 casino games to enjoy here, along with close to 50 individual markets in the brand’s standalone sportsbook. I’ll share my thoughts on its core offerings in turn, before giving you insight into its promotions, deposit and withdrawal options, and its availability in your country.

Rating the casino experience at LetsJackpot

While LetsJackpot’s real-money gambling offering seems to be divided 50/50 between casino and sportsbook action, I’d say that the brand’s Vegas-style casino games edge it in a direct, one-vs-one comparison. Why? Well, for the simple reason that the LetsJackpot Casino is the default portal that you land on when first visiting the site, so it seemed like the most sensible place to begin my brand review.

Right off my first LetsJackpot sign-up, I can see that I’m going to have a lot of fun with the casino portion of the LetsJackpot site. That’s evident from the various game categories which appear at the top of the main page, as well as the ticker-tape list of awesome casino game providers that the brand seems proud to showcase at the bottom of my screen.

The question is, does LetsJackpot deliver a compelling casino experience? Let’s find out.

Excellent game categorization and filtering options

I was kind of relieved to discover that LetsJackpot has added plenty of game filters and category options to its library. Without them, it would prove crazy hard to find the type of games you want to play, with 2,500 potential titles to choose from, spanning a handful of casino game genres.

When you enter the lobby, you’ll see a bunch of game categories at the top of the page, including new games, slots, instant wins, table games, and crash games. That generally wraps up the type of games you can expect at LetsJackpot, so it’s similar in scope to the lobby showcased in my recent Cooked review. As well as these category options, there’s also a filter switch that you can use to narrow your search even further, as well as a handy search bar if you know the name of the game you want to play or the studio behind it.

It’s safe to say that slots are the main order of business at LetsJackpot, accounting for the vast majority of titles in its lobby. There’s definitely some real quality on display, too, so it’s not simply a matter of quantity trumps quality here. That’s thanks to the presence of beloved slot providers like Hacksaw Gaming, Novomatic, and Playson, which are collectively responsible for some of my favorite slots at LetsJackpot – including Le Bandit, Book of Ra Deluxe, and King of the Sky.

Meanwhile, the remainder of the LetsJackpot lobby is divided up between tables – of which there are around 150+ – scratch cards, instant wins, and crash games. In this mix, I’m a big fan of the BalloniX crash game and the Fair Limbo instant win title in particular, not to mention classic Vegas-style favorites like Baccarat Super Six.

Don’t forget the standalone live casino

Just when I thought the LetsJackpot casino offering couldn’t get any better, I discovered the brand’s standalone live casino. This is a separate section of its lobby reserved exclusively for real-dealer titles, and it’s here where you can jump into virtual game rooms hosted by flesh-and-blood dealers from the likes of Iconic21, Evolution, and Winfinity.

There are dozens of live casino games to play in real time at LetsJackpot, with favorites being Dragon Tiger, Aqua VIP Blackjack, and Auto Roulette 500.

How does the LetsJackpot sportsbook compare?

My first impressions of the casino portal at LetsJackpot were about as strong as it gets – but what of its sportsbook? In my recent Legendz.io review, I found it impossible to split hairs between both its casino and sports betting portals, but will it be a similar story at LetsJackpot? There’s only one way to find out.

Over 50 sports markets to choose from

Yep, you read that right. I counted over 50 unique betting markets to choose from at LetsJackpot, although it is worth adding that these may differ slightly depending on your location.

While soccer is easily the biggest and most prominent betting market at LetsJackpot, you can expect dozens of niche categories besides. From MMA to snooker, kabaddi to US speedway racing – it’s possible to bet on pretty much any sport at LetsJackpot.

Reliable odds, though not industry leading

Crunching the numbers on LetsJackpot’s odds, I found that they were about in line with comparable sportsbooks, though not the best in the market by any means. There’s a significant difference between the value you get from mainstream sports markets like soccer and American football versus niche pursuits like floorball and lacrosse, similar to what I’ve found in a RedRacer review, too.

A variety of neat features for sports betting

Although I was enamored by LetsJackpot’s odds, I did spot a few neat features around its sportsbook that I’d like to bring to your attention. First of all, its live sports betting section is crammed with markets most times of the day, so there’s always something to wager on here. I’m also a big fan of its widget-first setup – there’s no boring A-Z list of sports here, with the brand instead opting for small visuals to represent each market. It’s a nice touch.

What can I tell you about the LetsJackpot reviews of global bonus offers?

First up, let me say that while I would love to tell you about the specifics of the latest LetsJackpot bonus, I’m not at liberty to. You see, since this is a betting and casino site that’s available in multiple different countries and territories around the globe, there’s no telling how its promotional offering will differ from one region to the next.

I would hate to wax lyrical about any LetsJackpot promos that turn out not to be available where you live. So, for that reason, I’m going to need to keep this section of my review pretty generic, pointing you instead to the banners around this page.

Here, I’ve added various LetsJackpot promotions that should – in theory, at least – be available in your country of origin, depending on your current geolocation settings. That includes any welcome offers for the brand, as well as the very latest LetsJackpot promo codes for your territory.

The type of promos you may be able to expect at LetsJackpot

While I’m staying zipped on the specifics, I can at least give you an idea of the kind of promos that are typically available across LetsJackpot’s casino and sportsbook portals, which include:

  • A deposit-match welcome bonus, giving you a percentage of free bet credit up to a predetermined value on your first deposit.
  • Cashback-style casino promos
  • Jackpots on various casino slots
  • Boosted odds on selected sports markets
  • Promotions, rewards, and contest invites via its social channels

As I said, there’s no guarantee that any of these exact types of offers will be available on your regional LetsJackpot portal, but I’d say these are the promos to look for based on my experience of using the site.

Usability, performance, and mobile compatibility at LetsJackpot

Right away, I was delighted that LetsJackpot had opted for an alternate color palette to the ubiquitous black, grey, and white that you see on so many online betting sites, opting instead for a multicolored design that’s easy on the eye. However, I have found a couple of broken links here and there, and I can’t say the site is all that intuitive to use.

If you plan to use LetsJackpot on mobile, note that there’s no mobile app available, but that its responsive design does mean it works OK on small-screen devices. Again, though, it’s hardly the most intuitive mobile sportsbook or casino I’ve used, so you may encounter the odd frustration here and there during general day-to-day playing and betting.

Deposits and withdrawals at LetsJackpot: What’s my verdict?

As with other sections of my LetsJackpot review, I need to caveat this section by stressing that my experience of the brand’s deposits and withdrawals may be different to yours depending on your country of origin. Some payment methods are available where others aren’t, and there’s no guarantee that limits and transaction speeds will be the same, either.

Making deposits at LetsJackpot

I found a decent variety of deposit options on my regional version of the LetsJackpot site, including major debit/credit cards, e-wallets like MuchBetter, Neteller, and Skrill, and standard bank and wire transfer options. There are no fees when depositing at LetsJackpot, and this should apply regardless of where you live. I didn’t have any issues with speed, either, with my funds available instantly in almost every case.

LetsJackpot withdrawals

As with deposits, it’s impossible to say for sure which banking options will be available to you at LetsJackpot depending on your location. I also noticed that the brand adds a caveat that non-EU withdrawals may be subject to additional charges, fees, and delays, so that’s something to consider. For me, I was able to use pretty much the same payment methods for withdrawals as I did for deposits, including e-wallets like Neteller and Skrill. Indeed, these turned out to be the fastest cashout services for me, so here’s hoping they’re available where you live.

Is LetsJackpot legit?

As alluded to in my recent Rakebit review, due-diligence checks are an important part of greenlighting a brand ready for use by my readers. So, what do you need to know about LetsJackpot?

Launch date2024
Parent companyPrime Web Ops S.R.L., a company registered in Costa Rica
LicensingAnjouan gaming licence – number ALSI-202408038-FI2
Responsible gamingNo immediately available responsible gameplay hub, which is a concern. Its T&Cs mention tools like self-exclusion, however, so these are available via your account screen.
Security featuresAll the basic security features are in place here, including SSL encryption.

What is the customer support like at LetsJackpot?

I suspect the quality of LetsJackpot’s customer service could differ slightly depending on where you live, although I was pleased to see that the site is available in a handful of languages. On my regional portal, there was a live chat box available, although this wasn’t the most reliable, with a long response time to endure.

What’s my verdict on LetsJackpot sportsbook and casino?

LetsJackpot delivers two compelling products in its casino and sportsbook portals, and there’s no denying that there are awesome games to play here as well as some excellent sports betting markets. Its promotions look good, too, so don’t forget to check these out in the banners around this page.

There are some bumps in the road to circle back to, however. For instance, its odds aren’t the strongest, while the lack of a responsible gaming hub is a little concerning. However, if you’re satisfied that LetsJackpot is worth your time and attention, you can get started with an account directly via the link on this page.
