I went looking for a PrizePicks promo code that’s active for new signups right now. It unlocks their welcome offer, which is a 100% deposit match that awards up to $150 in Bonus Lineups through Player Picks.
That welcome offer doesn’t apply to PrizePicks Predict though, which is the prediction markets side of the app that covers Team Picks and Culture Picks. But there’s a way you could convert that bonus money into withdrawable cash through Player Picks and then use it for prediction markets. I’ll take you through exactly how that pipeline works here.
My PrizePicks review found that PrizePicks has two separate products that work differently from each other. Player Picks is the DFS format where you can pick more or less on athlete stat projections and submit a lineup. Predict is something else entirely, and it’s split into Team Picks for sporting contracts like winners, spreads, totals and futures, and Culture Picks for non-sporting events like entertainment, politics and finance. Prediction markets on the site work by picking a contract between $0.01 and $0.99, and if you predict the outcome correctly, you receive $1.
There are a few more conditions with this reward that you’ll want to understand before committing to claiming it.
Similar to the Underdog promo code, there are five requirements you need to meet to claim the full $150.
| Requirement | Detail |
|---|---|
| Reward | $150 in Bonus Lineups |
| Who qualifies | Eligible new users with their first PrizePicks account |
| Qualifying entry | First lineup of $5 or more |
| Required result | That first lineup must win |
| Restriction | Qualifying entries and Bonus Lineups must include Player Picks |
On top of all of that, you’ll need a $10 minimum first deposit, and the qualifying lineup needs to settle as a win within 14 days of first signing up. You’ve then got 7 days to claim the welcome bonus mission after the qualifying win.
I want to be clear on this. Standalone Team or Culture Picks purchases won’t qualify for the welcome offer. Combined player and team entries can qualify, but the reward itself will stay locked to Player Picks. There’s unfortunately no PrizePicks promo code or bonus specifically for predictions right now.
Having said that, if you win your picks, you can technically convert the Bonus Lineups to cash you can use on Predict. But it requires two winning stages.
A winning Bonus Lineup puts money into your bonus balance first
When you use a Bonus Lineup, PrizePicks covers the entry without taking anything from your bonus balance. When it wins, the value of the bonus gets pulled out of the payout and the remaining amount goes into the bonus balance. So let’s say you’ve got a $10 Bonus Lineup with a 3x return, that pays out $30 minus the $10 entry, and you end up with $20 in your bonus balance. That’s not withdrawable cash yet though.
Bonus balance goes into another Players Picks entry
You can then take that bonus balance and put it into an eligible Player Pick entry. From there, winnings go into your withdrawable balance, and that’s the one you can use freely.
Once it’s withdrawable cash, you can fund any pick type
Once you’ve received a payout from a bonus balance-funded entry, the funds in your withdrawable balance can go towards any pick type. You don’t even need to withdraw to your bank and redeposit, because the cash works within PrizePicks for Team and Culture Picks (as long as you’ve completed the verification process for Predict and the markets are available in your state).
An example of how the two winning stages work
To put it into perspective using the example above, let’s say one of your Bonus Lineups has a $10 entry with a 3x return. It wins $30, so you’ve now got a $30 payout minus the $10 entry, which leaves $20 in your bonus balance. You then put that $20 into a Player Pick entry with a 3x return, and if the second entry wins, you’ll have $60 in your withdrawable balance that you can now use on Predict. Remember, both entries have to win for any of this to work, and the final cash amount depends on the results and the payout multipliers.
Remember that unlike the Fanduel promo code, this is completely conditional because the process requires you to win two entries. But here’s how you could turn the bonus into funds you can use for Predict from start to finish.

Sign up with the PrizePicks promo code. You’ll need to enter the PrizePicks promo code shown on the official site when creating your account and you can’t add it after the fact. If you’re new to the site, PrizePicks will ask for a government-issued ID and a selfie during verification. You’ll need to deposit at least $10 before you can submit an entry.
Win your first Player Picks entry to trigger the Bonus Lineup reward. This is the first of the two Player Picks wins standing between you and cash you can use for Predict. Make sure the entry uses Player Pick selections and check the funding source before you submit.
Claim the Bonus Mission and win the Bonus Lineups. Go to the rewards section in your account, find the Bonus Mission and claim it within 7 days. Open each Bonus Lineup reward and build an eligible Player Picks entry and match its required format. A win here moves the funds into your bonus balance.
Win a PrizePicks entry using your bonus balance. Use your bonus balance for an eligible player pick entry. If it wins, the payout then goes into your withdrawable balance.
Complete Predict verification with your Social Security Number. PrizePicks Predict runs through a separate entity, even though it falls under the same app. So it requires its own verification on top of what you already did to access Player Picks. You’ll need a valid Social Security number to get through this step. While it’s processing, you can see Team Picks and Culture Picks but you can’t take a position.
Place your first Predict trade using the converted cash. Switch over to the Predict tab and choose between Team Picks for sports contracts or Culture Picks for contracts on entertainment, politics and finance. Your withdrawable balance from the Bonus Lineup wins is now regular cash you can use on any prediction market the same way you’d use a direct deposit.
If you’ve converted the PrizePicks promo code into cash, there are a few contract types you can put it towards.
You can take positions on game winners, point spreads, over/under totals and futures markets across major leagues. Contracts settle based on the final result of the events, so if you take a position on the Chiefs covering a spread, that one outcome decides whether you win or lose.
Culture Picks is what makes PrizePicks Predict different from its DFS side of the app. You can take positions on things like award show winners, election results or whether a stock index closes above a certain level.
Both Team Picks and Culture Picks work under their own eligibility rules and are separate from Player Picks. States like Michigan, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Ohio and Maryland have Culture Picks access but no Player Picks at all. Whereas some states have Team Picks without Culture Picks. So, I’d recommend always checking what’s available before taking a position.
The PrizePicks promo code offers eligible new users up to $150 in Bonus Lineups for Player Picks, subject to the promotion’s terms. If your eligible entries win, you may receive withdrawable winnings that you can use toward Predict, provided your account supports the relevant transactions. Keep in mind that this involves separate steps, and there is no dedicated PrizePicks Predict welcome bonus confirmed at this time.

No, the bonus comes as Bonus Lineups that are restricted to Player Picks only. You can’t apply them to Team or Culture Picks through PrizePicks Predict.
No, the payout goes into your bonus balance first.
No, both the promo entries and subsequent bonus balance-funded entries need to win. So the results entirely decide whether cash can be used for Predict.
