Repackz offers 8 types of trading card packs, including sports, Pokémon, and comics. No, that’s not fully exhaustive, either. Depending on the pack you go for, you will find options starting from $1, so it’s well worth a visit.
For this Repackz review, I’ll be sharing my honest thoughts on the platform. Highs, lows, and everything in between. Join me as I walk you through exciting pulls, where I witnessed rips of cards like the 2023 Topps Chrome Star Wars Galaxy Women of Star Wars PSA 10. Intrigued? Let’s get started.

I’ve joined plenty of card ripping sites recently. While I’m used to finding lots of Pokémon, Star Wars, and sports packs, I wasn’t expecting to find a comics category. Don’t get me wrong, I’m genuinely pleased to see something new – it was just unexpected. In this area, you can pull comics trading cards that are valued between $25 and $1,600. Whether you’re into Spider-Man, X-Men, Avengers, or Wonder Woman, there’s a lot to unpack here.
Other categories include the likes of baseball, basketball, football, MMA, soccer, Pokémon, and Star Wars. Fancy a budget-friendly option? Pokémon is the winner here. Packs range from $1 to $250, depending on the type. Here’s a quick look at the packs in normal mode:
| Pack | Price | Minimum Pull | Maximum Pull |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mini | $1 | $0.10 | $20 |
| Rookie | $5 | $1 | $100 |
| Basic | $10 | $3 | $200 |
| Starter | $25 | $12 | $400 |
| Premier | $50 | $25 | $1,000 |
| Pro | $100 | $50 | $2,000 |
| Elite | $250 | $150 | $4,000 |
Any reputable card rip site displays the odds of each potential pull, just like what I found during my recent Slabz review. You can adjust the mode from Normal, High, and Max, depending on your preferences. Of course, doing this will also update the odds. To showcase how the odds work, here’s a look at the basketball packs in normal mode:
| Rarity | Card Values | Odds |
|---|---|---|
| Common | $30-$45 | 69.69% |
| Uncommon | $45-$50 | 15% |
| Rare | $50-$100 | 14.11% |
| Epic | $100-$200 | 1% |
| Legendary | $200-$1,000 | 0.2% |
Now, if you adjusted the mode to Max, it would remove the middle three options. This leaves you with a 98.19% chance of pulling a Common card and a 1.81% chance of ripping a Legendary card.
So, you’ve bought a pack and pulled some cards. What’s next? Well, you have three options:
A 90% buyback is pretty solid. Your time runs out after 7 days, so you do have some decent time to think about your options. After 7 days, your trading cards will be kept in the vault until you decide what to do. Naturally, the shipping times and costs will vary depending on where you reside. Plus, you can choose from a few add-ons, such as protecting your cards during postage.
In all honesty, I like minimalism. That said, Repackz has taken that idea and run with it. When I compare the site with what I found in my recent Underdog Rips review, for example, Repackz is pretty empty. It’s not necessarily a bad thing; it’s just a matter of preference. But it does somewhat feel a little incomplete; I won’t lie.
When I landed on the website, I was presented with a list of the pack categories. That’s about it. While each category page revealed the odds, potential pulls, and pack prices, that’s it. With that in mind, I guess I was given all the information I needed. However, it wouldn’t hurt to add in a bit more substance. It would be great to see a sidebar added, for example, offering quick links to customer support, explanations of the vault storage, and so on. There are a fair few unanswered questions, so it’d be good to tick those off.
Naturally, the available banking options are a big deal. After all, if you can’t use your preferred payment method, you either need to open an account with a new provider or call it a day. That’s why I look into the payments in all of my reviews, just like I did recently in the Mnstr review. To keep with the ‘basic’ feel of the site, there’s not much information about payments.
However, I did manage to track down that Repackz accepts payments via credit/debit card and Google Pay. If you’re using a mobile device, Google Pay is particularly helpful. After all, it can integrate and save you time by removing the need to enter bank details. Deposits are instant, regardless of which method you use, too, which is handy.
As for withdrawals, the speeds are just as great. If you opt for Instant Withdrawal, it’ll arrive within up to 10 minutes. If you want to process your payout via a standard bank transfer, then it’ll be within 1-3 business days. Either way, the processing speed is rapid by all means. I’m used to bank transfers taking up to 10 business days, which is hefty in comparison.
The availability and accessibility of customer support is vital. You won’t see me recommending any site that doesn’t offer decent support, and that’s final. Which is why I made such a big deal about support in my PICKEM Ripping Packs review. With all that in mind, I tested all support channels at Repackz to bring you an honest account.
The main support channel is the Help Center, which is basically an FAQs page. Here, you will find a search bar for the knowledge base and a list of topics. I found topics that cover most of the basics, including withdrawals, buyback, and shipping. It’s not in-depth by anyone’s standards, but it’s decent. Admittedly, it could do with a bit more substance, but it’s great for beginners who want to learn the ropes.
There’s also a live chat service, which took me a minute to realize existed. It’s so barebones and blank that I didn’t notice it. Eventually, I picked up on the small writing saying ‘Ask an agent’, which hinted towards a live chat. I sent a message to see if it worked and was initially connected with an AI bot. To be honest, it wasn’t that great. I asked a few questions, but the answers were pretty lackluster. Ideally, I’d like to see real humans manning the live chat in the future.
Additionally, there is a support email. Thankfully, this gets you connected to a real human, who can offer in-depth answers. I sent an email to the team and had a reply the same day. So, aside from the FAQs, the support email is the best way to get answers.

While Repackz is a simplified website, I got what I needed in terms of security. For instance, you’re protected with SSL encryption software, just as I would have hoped. This means that your sensitive information, such as banking details and personal information, is locked down. So much so that not even Repackz can access your details.
A standout feature for me is the amount of transparency on the site. With clear odds and percentages, you know exactly where you stand at all times. It informs your decisions as to which packs you buy and the mode you switch to. Bottom line, Repackz ticks off everything I wanted with the card ripping experience and legitimacy.
What I was surprised at, though, is that I didn’t have to prove my identity at any point. Most card ripping sites require you to upload a copy of your government-issued ID and proof of address, for example. That’s not the case here. Instead, I was able to create an account and start depositing cash straightaway – no additional steps required.
Not surprising, I didn’t come across a bonus or promotion anywhere. I mean, the entire website is basic, so I didn’t expect to find a bonus. But that doesn’t stop it from feeling a little disappointing. Hopefully, one day, there’ll be a Repackz bonus on offer. Whether it’s offering your first pack for free or even free shipping on your first trading card, something is better than nothing.
It might even be a good shout to roll out a referral program or some type of loyalty program. There are plenty of ideas available that Repackz can run with, so I’ll keep checking back for updates to see how the brand’s getting on. If anything changes, I’ll let you know right here.
While a loaded website is great to have, Repackz has proven that you don’t need flashy graphics or lots of content to enjoy pulling cards online. There’s an awesome line-up of sports, Pokémon, comics, and Star Wars trading cards, which delivers options to suit many types of collectors. The actual card ripping experience is great – offering fun animations to showcase your pulls. Whether it’s a rare Pokémon card or a mint-condition NFL card, there’s a lot to unpack here.
What I will say, though, is that there’s certainly room for improvement. I’d like to see the live chat hire actual people, the addition of extra payment methods, and a bit of bulk on the website. With a few tweaks, Repackz will be taking the scene by storm in no time. If you want to see it for yourself, all you need to do is tap the on-page banners.
The shipping times vary depending on where you’re based and the types of cards you have pulled. Generally speaking, most cards are ready to be shipped immediately.
You can access the full odds by clicking your preferred category. Then, select which mode you prefer and the exact pack type you want.
No, not yet. Repackz doesn’t currently have any promotions available, but this may change in the future.
