Either way, I’m going to shine a light on the whole promo situation. If you need to brush up on how Repackz works, I’ll be doing that, too. Repackz is a card ripping site, so you can buy a wide variety of digital packs. Sports packs take up the bulk of the site, offering packs for Baseball, Basketball, Football, MMA, Multi-Sport, and Soccer. Then, there are the likes of Comics, Pokémon, and Star Wars. When you tap on the category you prefer, you’ll be presented with all the pack options, odds of different rarities, and an idea of the potential card pulls.
After ripping your trading card, you’ll be given three options. You can sell the card back to Repackz for 90% of its value, but you have 7 days to do this before the option completely disappears. To be fair, it’s a pretty decent amount of time to decide whether you want a card or not. Alternatively, you can store it in the secure vaults or ship it to your house. If you’re shipping it, there are lots of shipping options to choose from, including add-ons like insurance.
Unfortunately, I didn’t encounter any bonuses at all. It was a pretty low point of my Repackz review; I’m not going to lie. I enjoy exploring bonuses, especially at card rip sites, because there’s a lot brands can do. Alas, there’s nothing. No welcome bonus, no referral program, no loyalty program – at least, not yet.
While it’s a bummer, remember that it’s pretty common for these types of sites. After all, I couldn’t find a PICKEM Ripping Packs bonus, either. So, try not to feel too disappointed. You never know; Repackz could roll out a few bonuses in the future. With the website looking a bit basic at the moment, who knows, Repackz could be working behind the scenes to shake things up a little.
Now, let’s try not to focus too much on what Repackz isn’t doing. Instead, let’s pay attention to the opportunities there are for Repackz promo codes later on. While not all card rip sites offer promos, some of them do. So, after spending months testing out the latest and greatest sites, I’ve got a pretty solid idea of the types of bonuses that users are gonna love. Hopefully, you might be seeing a few of these on Repackz at some point:
In my opinion, there needs to be more card rip sites offering this kinda bonus. It doesn’t need to be a super valuable pack, of course. Even a free $1 Pokemon pack is pretty decent. All I’m saying is that there aren’t many better ways to greet new customers than to dish out a free pack.
Now, if an operator doesn’t want to give you something for nothing, offering a discount is something to consider. It could also mean that you could grab absolutely any pack of your choice. For instance, you might be given a 2% discount or $5 off – there are a few options for how this could work.
This type of bonus does exactly what it sounds like. For making a qualifying deposit, you would receive a match, up to a certain amount. For example, a 100% deposit match bonus, up to $150. Using this example, if you deposited $100, you would get a bonus amount of $100, giving you a total of $200 to use. You could then grab yourself a bit extra, doubling your opportunities for buying card packs.
A refer-a-friend program is incredibly popular. When you’re into something and have a hobby, the chances are, you’re going to know a few other people like you. Also, personal recommendations mean a lot to people. This is a reward type that Repackz could certainly consider in the future. It could work in a few different ways, but ultimately, you’ll pick up a reward after referring someone to the site. For example, it might be a one-off bonus credit or a commission based on their pack purchases.
Now, this is where rewards can get supersized. Loyalty programs reward customers for staying, well, loyal. So, the more you remain active and continue ripping packs, you could be unlocking a whole stack of promotions. For instance, you might collect points for every pack you rip, which can help you climb the tiers. At each new tier, you’ll receive a fresh batch of promotions, like free packs, discounts, and so on. As you work through the tiers, the promotions will get bigger and better.
I’ve taken inspiration for this from searching through the Mnstr bonus pages. Mnstr currently offers a boosted buyback of over 85% of the value, which is available on your first card pull. This is a pretty solid idea. Given that Repackz already has a 90% buyback, perhaps they could consider increasing this to 100% as a one-off. Then, if you’re not entirely happy with your pull, you could sell it for a decent amount to try again.
Repackz might not have a promotions page right now, but the registration process is likely going to stay the same – just like with the potential Underdog Rips bonus. Here’s an idea of how you may claim a future welcome bonus or other types of deals:
Load the Repackz website by clicking through the promotional banners on this page.
Tap the ‘Sign Up’ button.
Enter your email address.
Create a password for your account.
Log in and browse the available promotions to find your perfect deal.
Obviously, the last step isn’t a ‘thing’ yet. Either way, if a bonus is released, it should be as easy as heading to the promos page and exploring the options. Then, if there’s a bonus added, it should be easily claimed. Simply read the T&Cs to make sure you qualify for your chosen bonus, and you should be good to go.
Now, the chances are, any bonus you claim in the future is going to have a few strings attached. Let’s face it, you don’t tend to get something for nothing these days. To be fair, it’s totally reasonable to expect a few terms and conditions. Here are a few notable conditions that seem to crop up whenever a bonus is hanging about:
Any bonus you claim may be subject to a deadline. Not only might you be given an expiry date for when to claim the bonus, but the actual bonus itself might expire, too. For example, you have 7 days to claim the bonus, and then another 7 days to use it.
Not every bonus credit is going to be withdrawable. After all, Repackz might not want to load you up with a bonus to then allow you to withdraw it in USD and run away. So, all I’m saying is, don’t expect to withdraw your bonus – they just don’t tend to work that way.
Some bonuses may require an initial deposit or a card pack purchase. Again, totally reasonable to expect. Make sure you check these requirements, as it could be the difference between you qualifying for a bonus and losing out completely.
Not all bonuses are going to let you choose from all available packs. Depending on the bonus, you might be restricted to certain categories or pack types, for instance. Or, you may have total freedom.
Right now, Repackz isn’t offering any promotions. Not a single one. I know, I was pretty gutted, too. But I have made it clear that Repackz is a super simple site that has streamlined the whole card ripping experience. So, not finding a promo wasn’t exactly a surprise; I’ll be totally honest. At this point, I think finding a bonus would have taken me aback.
With that in mind, I’m not saying that a welcome bonus of some sort isn’t going to be welcomed. I’d like to see a bonus added to the site in the future, so I’ll be checking back from time to time to keep an eye on things. There are lots of ideas mentioned on this page, so even if Repackz runs with one of them, it’ll be better than what’s available right now. A free pack, discounts, loyalty rewards – there are plenty of ways to make customers feel a little bit more valued.
That said, Repackz is still an awesome card ripping site. So, if promotions aren’t a dealbreaker for you, why not give Repackz a shot? I can highly recommend Repackz for its pulling experience. There are lots of categories to choose from, transparent odds, and an adjustable risk factor. Simply click the on-page banners to visit the website and see it all for yourself.
Nope. A deposit bonus would be pretty great, but there isn’t one right now. Just like there isn’t a Slabz bonus for new customers, too. I have all my fingers crossed that a bonus, of some sort, will be arriving in the future. If this happens, I’ll reveal it all right here. So, make sure you check back for updates.
Quite simply, who knows! Repackz hasn’t revealed any plans to roll out bonuses, so it’s anyone’s guess. If a bonus is added in the future, hopefully the brand will shout about it, so that we all find out!
This will entirely depend on the bonus you claim at the time. For instance, if it’s a deposit bonus, then you should have flexible options. However, if it’s a free pack, then you may be a little bit more restricted. Either way, the T&Cs will tell you all about the types of packs you can get.
