How does Rips by Triumph perform on the phone?

So far, Rips by Triumph has been performing well on the phone. First of all, you can only access the brand’s app on an iPhone, so Android users are technically left out of this, unfortunately. But while the brand is still in its building stage, the Android version of the app will likely be released soon.

Even though this is quite different from what I noticed during my Collectibles.com review, I still went ahead to install the mobile app from the App Store. After navigating to different sections of the app, I could see how smooth it feels. Pages load fast without any errors. The cool thing about the app is how user-friendly the interface looks. Buttons are well-placed, and opening packs feels very seamless. With the simplicity of the app, I don’t think you would ever get confused with it, even as a first-time user. I appreciated the fact that the brand doesn’t require too much personal information to register for an account. With just your email address and password, you should be good to go. But that doesn’t mean I’m impressed. In fact, I was disappointed to find out that there’s no web version – meaning you only get to access its landing page to see what it has to offer, but then you can get to the action when you only have the app.

What is the Rips by Triumph customer support experience like?

No matter the downsides of Rips by Triumph, one thing you can’t take away from the brand is the fact that it offers excellent customer support services. As a first timer, I was happy with the fact that it features both live chat and email support channels that you can always reach out to, in case anything comes up.

My experience with these two channels has been great so far. Before writing this review, I sent a few queries to the live chat, and the responses that I got weren’t that bad.
