The Collectibles burst on the scene recently and have already caught the eye of many collectors. I checked out the brand and compiled this The Collectibles review to share my findings. Good news, folks – I liked what I found!
The online card rip site has the best of both worlds. You can open packs digitally on your own, or have creators open them for you during their live streams. My review will unpack both of these activities. I will also walk you through how to pull Pokémon, football and basketball graded cards and what to do with these items.

Unlike the welcome bonuses I received when I compiled my Pickem Ripping Packs review, things are a bit different at The Collectibles. Here, there is no dedicated sign up reward.
However, after speaking with a support agent, I learned that tailored sign up offers are available from time to time. So, you may find a 10% discount when you open on your first pack. Just keep an eye on the banners on this page for specific welcome promos.
Existing collectors are treated to some rewards. I liked the mix of perks, which range from referral offers to social media giveaways and a daily free pack. My favorite is the daily free pack. You may not get a graded card, but come on! You cannot turn your nose up at a freebie.
Feel free to check out my The Collectibles bonus review for more deets. I have unpacked all the current rewards, plus shared tips to maximize these perks.
The Collectibles is an online card rip site. You can open packs of real, physical, graded Pokémon, football and basketball cards. Thereafter, choose whether to keep, sell or ship your item.
There are two main activities for your card rips. The standard is opening digital packs on your own. Plus, you can purchase a pack from a creator and request them to open it on stream. In my experience, not many card break sites combine both activities, so this is unique for collectors.
The three main pack types are Pokémon, football and basketball. Every pack contains one graded and authenticated physical card. You will be provided with a list of pull probabilities so you can see what each pack contains.
I learned that there are eight pack tiers:
Interestingly, new collectors are limited to only select packs. For now, you cannot open Secret and Top Secret packs. Since the site is still new, this may change in the coming months.
After ripping a card, you have three choices: keep, sell, or ship. If you decide to keep it, it will be kept in a secure vault. I recommend you always monitor your kept items. You have only 4 days to keep items in the vault before they are automatically sold at a Sell Price.
The Sell Price is determined by the brand. If you decide to sell your card, the proceeds will be moved to your withdrawal balance.
Finally, there is a shipment. Like your pull? Get it shipped to your home. Before the first shipment, you must complete ID verification (a photo ID and a selfie). A shipping quote will be generated detailing your items, the shipping and handling fees, and The Collectibles fee. On average, delivery takes up to a week.
The store is similar to a traditional marketplace. The big difference is that sellers are restricted to either The Collectibles or verified card shops. A bit of advice: store items cannot be added to your vault and are not automatically sold for you. Rather, the items are delivered directly to your door.
Unfortunately, you cannot directly sell your own items in the store. You must have a registered business to apply to become a vendor (verified card shop).
I found lots of PSA 10 cards in the store. One which caught my eye was a 2023 Pokémon SVP EN Pikachu/Gray Felt Hat Pokémon X Van Gogh. This costs $3,100, and the vendor is Pokehearts TCG.
Live card breaks are a thing at The Collectibles. With live pack rips, you can watch creators open packs plus interact with others. You are also allowed to purchase a pack from a stream page.
If the ‘Rips On Stage’ icon is displayed, then the creator will rip your card for everyone to see. Thereafter, the card is added to your online portfolio in the vault.
One interesting feature with The Collectibles is that you have two types of balances. The first is your pack balance. This is money you add to your account. So, you cannot withdraw your deposits. Your pack balance can only be used to purchase packs, pay for shipping, and buy items from the store.
The banking options are different to those I found in my Unbox.gg review. Here there is no cryptocurrency. Instead, you can fund your pack balance using a debit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. I noticed there may be a processing fee, but it depends on your chosen method.
Your withdrawal balance is funds that have come back to you. This includes proceeds from your card sales (when you sell back to the site).
The minimum withdrawal is $10, and you can withdraw to your bank account. FYI, you will be charged a withdrawal fee. I am not a fan of this, but it is a standard charge per the T&Cs. Also, withdrawals will be paid within 4-7 working days – which is the norm among many other card rip sites.
Compared to my Underdog Rips review, The Collectibles is not a mobile-first card rip site. You can use the platform with your PC or laptop. The brand has used a dark background, and even the reveals have a dark theme. I will admit that the visuals may not be everyone’s cup of tea.
However, the actual pack reveals more than makes up for this. Every reveal has dynamic sounds that put you on the edge of your seat. It even looks good on the bigger screens, too.
The desktop website also serves as an informational hub. There are several guides on using the platform. One of the best aspects is the live pulls feed. Here you can browse the latest cards other collectors have pulled in real time.
At the time of writing, you can open packs on the go with the Android app. I spoke to the team, who shared that the iOS app is in the works, but no release date has been confirmed.
While using the Android app, I noticed there is a scanner feature. You can open the scanner and point your camera at a specific card in your collection at home. You can also share pics from your gallery for the scanner feature. The cool part is what happens next!
The Collectibles will then automatically search its database to find the online version of the card. Not many brands have this feature, so The Collectibles ticks all the right boxes for uniqueness.
If you are an iOS user, you can use the mobile-optimized website. I found that the mobile platform mirrors the desktop version. Just a heads up: the scanner feature is not available. However, you can still rip packs and use the store.
I would rate the brand’s customer support a solid 9/10. There is instant support via live chat, which is easy to find, unlike my experience during my Repackz review. At The Collectibles beside the AI chatbot you can speak to a human agent. They respond quickly and provide accurate feedback.
You can also email the team if you need more feedback. However, you may have to wait several hours for a response. Social media is another option for getting help. The Collectibles X and Instagram accounts answer followers’ questions and run regular giveaways as well.
Don’t forget about the Help Center. I suggest using this before speaking to an agent. There are several FAQs covering how to deposit, rip a pack and ship items to your home.

Yes, The Collectibles is a reputable card break site. Even though the site just launched, collector safety is prioritized. Every account is password-protected, and you must complete the verification checks. I observed that every pack has clear pull probabilities, plus the banking platform is encrypted. The site also works with a trusted fulfillment partner. All shipments are insured, and items are delivered in pristine condition.
So, trust and reputation are on point. Also, the brand is accessible in the US, but you must be 18+ to use the site. To do so, use the banners to open a new account.
For a new card rip site, the early signs are promising for The Collectibles. The brand combines both digital card rips with live card breaks. This caters to all types of collectors. Plus, you are not just restricted to one type of item. There are Pokémon as well as sports cards, like basketball and football.
Of course, as a newcomer, there are some shortcomings. One of the main areas to address is the fees. Not every card rip site charges a withdrawal fee. Also, many other platforms have tailored welcome offers. Freebies for new collectors will be a game-changer.
For now, though, why not give the brand a go? Use the banners to fast-track your registration. Remember to verify all your details and be responsible with your pulls!
