How does Wanderluck work?

Let’s start this Wanderluck review by explaining how it works, especially if you’re new to the brand. Wanderluck is a mystery box site where you can open digital boxes. There’s a welcome bonus of one free mystery box for newly registered users at Wanderluck. I wasn’t prompted to claim it after my first login, but I easily found the Welcome Case in the Rewards section at the top of the homepage. The case had six possible Coin bonuses ranging from 10 to 250 Coins, and each pull percentage was shown upfront.

I opened my case and received 10 Coins which is equal to $1 worth of items. I wasn’t very surprised with my reward as it had the highest pull percentage of 98.1%. I counted no fewer than 500 mystery boxes during my Wanderluck review, and honestly, this brand isn’t getting the attention it deserves. There’s everything from micro boxes starting at just 1.6 Coins to luxury travel boxes requiring up to 23,500 Coins. Most boxes contain both physical and digital items such as a trip, and sometimes travel gear, luggage, gift cards, accessories, and a lot more. There are also specialty boxes with trip-only and gear-only items.

You’ll find just about everything such as Disney trips, gift cards, Coins, luxury watches, perfumes, cruises, ski weekends, Formula 1 events, private islands, and even private jet tours.

The unboxing takes place online, and the full selection of what you could get is always displayed before you open one. After unboxing, you can request shipping for physical items, redeem a trip, or exchange the item for Credit which can be used to open another box. Trips must be redeemed within one year from your reveal date.

What’s more, there’s a soon-to-be released mystery box battles feature where you can square off against other users by opening identical boxes at the same time. The player with the highest total revealed value collects the entire prize pool.

An easy to use website

There’s no Wanderluck app at the moment, but the website is incredibly simple to get the hang of. Everything is well categorized, so if you’re new to mystery box sites or a veteran who doesn’t like complicated sites, you’ll probably enjoy opening boxes here.

There are hundreds of mystery boxes, and each comes with their pull percentages, real-world value of each possible item, risk levels, and provably fair details so that you can verify the results right after.

The top menu has the main sections, including Unboxing where you’ll find all the mystery boxes, Battles if you’d rather square off against others, Deals, and Rewards. My Coin balance is always visible and clicking my profile icon gives me quick access to my profile and support options.

I didn’t find any options for withdrawals during my Wanderluck review, and that isn’t surprising with mystery box sites. Coins have no cash value and can’t be redeemed for cash. No live chat but the customer support is reliable

Customer support can be hit or miss at some mystery box sites, but I had a good experience with Wanderluck even without 24/7 live chat. Support is available via email, a detailed help center, and a Discord community where you can get tips and banter with other users.

I’ve used the contact form on several occasions and the support team replies in an average of 30 minutes which is quite good in my opinion. The site mentions that email responses may take up to 24 hours on working days, though.
