WOW Vegas legal states guide 2026: Where is WOW Vegas legal?

WOW Vegas legal states cover 35 of the 50 US states. You can’t play in 16 states, including California, Connecticut, Washington, D.C., Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Montana, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Tennessee, and Washington, and you’ll need to be at least 18, or older if your state requires it.

We signed up from an eligible state, dug through the lobby, and tested plenty of games ourselves. Below, you’ll find the full list of the 16 restricted states, the welcome bonus you can claim once you’re in, the games on offer, and what it takes to redeem Sweepstakes Coins (SC) for prizes from an eligible state.

How does WOW Vegas work?

WOW Vegas Casino is a sweepstakes casino, so everything runs on two types of virtual currency. WOW Coins (WC) are the virtual currency you’ll use to play for fun and explore the lobby, while Sweeps Coins (SC) SC are the virtual currency you can redeem for prizes. You can’t redeem WC for prizes, but you can use them to try any game in the lobby for fun. SC work a little differently: you need to play through them once and reach a minimum threshold before you can redeem them for prizes. We cover how that works in more detail further down.

Besides that, here’s everything you need to know about the site in a nutshell:

Where is WOW Vegas available?

Before going any further, let’s see whether you can register at WOW Vegas Casino. The site is available in 35 US states, excluding:

• California
• Connecticut
• Washington, D.C.
• Idaho
• Illinois
• Indiana
• Louisiana
• Maryland
• Maine
• Michigan
• Montana
• New Jersey
• Nevada
• New York
• Tennessee
• Washington

If your state isn’t on this list, you’re good to go. It’s still worth taking a moment to check, since the restricted list includes some of the country’s biggest states. Illinois surprised us most, since many players would assume such a large state is covered. Checking before you register saves you from setting up an account you can’t use, and you’ll know straight away whether you can claim the welcome bonus and redeem SC for prizes.

What you get when you sign up from an eligible state

We registered using just an email address, and the welcome bonus of 250,000 WC and 5 SC was added to our account over the first three days:

• Day 1: 150,000 WC and 2 SC
• Day 2: 50,000 WC and 1.5 SC
• Day 3: 50,000 WC and 1.5 SC

That means you won’t receive the full amount on your first day, but by the end of day three, you’ll have 250,000 WC and 5 SC to explore the lobby with.

You don’t need to make an optional WC purchase to claim any of it. If you’d like more virtual currency, the first optional WC purchase offer gives you 1,500,000 WC and 30 SC for $9.99, down from the usual $29.99. That’s a 67% discount on the normal price, so it’s worth knowing about if you do decide to buy WC. However, as per WOW Vegas sweepstakes rules, buying WC is never required to play.

What can you play at WOW Vegas?

WOW Vegas has over 1,500 casino-style games, including slots, jackpots, Megaways, classic slots, and table games. The “All Games” tab is the best place to start to get a feel for the full library, and the tabs at the top let you filter by Jackpots, popular games, new games, classic slots, and Megaways.

If you’re new to slots, the idea is simple. You set your play amount, spin the reels, and they stop on a random combination of symbols. Megaways slots add a twist, as the number of symbols on each reel changes with every spin. That means the number of possible combinations changes too, and it can run into the tens of thousands on a single spin.

Hacksaw Gaming is the main provider, with titles like Wanted Dead or a Wild, Le Bandit, RIP City, Duel at Dawn, and Dork Unit. Its lineup also includes cluster-pay slots like Chaos Crew 2 and Hand of Anubis. Moreover, you’ll find games from Habanero, NetEnt, 3 Oaks Gaming, and Betsoft, including Gonzo’s Quest Megaways and Take The Bank.

WOW Vegas also has exclusive titles built with third-party studios. These include Buffalo Blast WOW, Wild WOW Vegas, and Coins of WOW Vegas Hold and Win. Since these titles were made for WOW Vegas, you won’t find them on other sites, which makes them a good place to start once you’ve tried a few familiar names.

How to redeem SC for prizes at WOW Vegas

Players in all 37 eligible states can redeem SC for prizes. Besides the welcome bonus, you can collect SC through recurring rewards, leaderboard competitions, social media giveaways, and on-site promotions. Keeping an eye on these is the easiest way to build your SC balance after the welcome bonus.

Before your first SC redemption, you must play through every SC you receive once. You’ll also need to complete the WOW Vegas KYC verification process. Once that’s done, you need at least 25 SC to redeem gift cards from major retailers, or 100 SC for a cash prize by bank transfer.

As for the WOW Vegas SC redemption time, gift cards through Prizeout arrive almost instantly, while cash prizes sent by bank transfer usually take 3 to 5 business days.

Which option suits you best depends on how many SC you have and how quickly you’d like your prize. Gift cards have the lower 25 SC minimum and arrive almost instantly, so they’re a good choice if you’d like to get your prize sooner. If you’d rather build up to 100 SC, a cash prize by bank transfer gives you a second option, with a slightly longer wait.

WOW Vegas is available in a majority of US states

If you’re in one of the 35 eligible states and at least 18, you can sign up and start playing right away. Just remember the restricted list includes some big states, like California, New York, and Illinois, so it’s worth checking before you register. Once you’re in, the welcome bonus gives you plenty of WC and SC to explore over 1,500 games, and SC redemptions are open to players in every eligible state once they meet the 1x playthrough requirement and have at least 100 SC for cash prizes or 25 SC for gift cards.

If you live in an eligible state, click one of the banners on this page to sign up and claim your welcome bonus of 250,000 WC and 5 SC.
