1 team from Pot 1 – Top 2 teams that also competed at Masters Madrid
Furthermore, the Kickoff winner is placed into Group Alpha, while the runner-up is placed into Group Omega
1 team from Pot 2 – Playoff semifinalists
1 team from Pot 3 – Teams that advanced to the Play-In
1 team from Pot 4 – Teams that were eliminated in the group stage but did not finish last in their groups
1-2 teams from Pot 5 – Teams that were eliminated in the group stage after finishing last in their groups
Teams play cross-group matches
All matches are Bo3
Top 3 teams from each group advance to Playoffs
Winners have a bye into the Upper Bracket Semifinals
2nd & 3rd placed teams advance to the Upper Bracket Quarterfinals
