Duelist issue

I'm getting a tiny bit annoyed by all of the duelist instalocks. Whenever I join a game, I see at least 2, sometimes 3 immediate duelists. For your information, I don't play duelists, so it's not about that :)
In Overwatch there was the issue that everyone instalocked DPS, because that was just way more fun, exciting and rewarding. Up until they added role queue, that is.
Do you think that Valorant will get the same issue, with people just wanting to play duelists? What could a possible solution be?
