How am i so bad at valorant ?

sodaiI'm coming from csgo where i have 4.6k hours.
And I'm absolutely terrible, I can go 30 and 15 in deathmatch but when it comes to ranked, I get outplayed by people who aim at the ground and run around without jiggle peeking and such. Been playing for like 20 hours already, i'd expect to be getting better by now...
Any yuotube tutorials i could check out ?
