Issax28Josh "Steel" Nissan is currently a professional for T1 Valorant. Despite being called "T1", their peformance contradicts that as they are often seen losing to Tier 3 teams like Soniqs.
Steel is also well know his performance at Berlin when he was in his former team 100T. They defeated Gambit (now M3C) and Acend (now T3 Valorant team).
However, that was largely thanks to Nicholas "nitr0" Cannella carrying him there. nitr0 made Steel's career at Berlin before sabotaging their former team 100T (now known as Tier 100T). He then departed to become a Tier 3 CS player for Team Liquid.
