Mic only queue when?

kookeriIt's a pain in the ass when in games as high as diamond/asc there still are people who dont frag, dont have a mic, dont even type and just do random pinging without the ping specifications and who dont listen to verbal or written calls and provide no contribution whatsoever. I always have these people in team and it requires rest of the team to play 4v5 with everyone fragging at least ok to win, mic only queue or just obligating people to use mic in ranked would fix the issue
