Crazy Raccoon has announced that they will be releasing all their remaining players from their VALORANT roster with a new roster being announced soon for VCT 2022 except for Yusuke "neth" Matsuda. Hideki "Fisker" Sasaki, Daiki "Minty" Kato, An "Medusa" Min-cheol, Park "Bazzi" Jun-ki and coach "mun" have been released from the organisation with Bazzi already being confirmed joining the new Korean organisation ESportsConnected. Crazy Raccoon has also released Teppei "ade" Kuno from their VALORANT professional roster but will be staying with the organisation as a streamer.

The release of the whole roster from Crazy Raccoon comes with a shock considering the success the organisation had in the Japanese scene in 2021. They managed to win several events including VALORANT TechnoBlood Climber Summit, VCT 2021 - Stage 1 - Japan Masters and VCT 2021 - Stage 2 - Japan - Challengers Finals while also placing 2nd in VCT 2021 - Stage 3 - Japan - Challengers Playoffs. The organisation clearly was not happy enough though with the results they had in international events. Crazy Raccoon is one of the few teams that managed to play in all three international LANs organised by RIOT during VCT 2021 including VCT 2021 - Stage 2 - Masters Reykjavík, VCT 2021 - Stage 3 - Masters Berlin - Group Stage and VCT 2021 - VALORANT Champions 2021. In all these events, the team had an early exit in the Group Stages while in Reykjavik they lost both matches in the Double Elimination bracket.

With this big change, Crazy Raccoon roster now only includes one player:

    Japan Yusuke "neth" Matsuda
