ZETA DIVISION is the most successful Japanese team in VALORANT. The team entered Valorant in 2020 and has since represented the region in two international Valorant Champions Tour events VCT 2021 & VCT 2022.

During the VCT Stage One in Japan, the team put up a showing befitting their moniker, the ‘Kings of Japan’ by defeating Crazy Raccoon with a 3-1 score in the finals. They were one of the only successful teams from the region in 2022.

Due to circuit points, the team qualified for VALORANT Champions as the Japanese representative. Even though they failed to qualify for the Stage two Masters, they were still hailed as the best side from their region.

Earlier, the organisation released their roster for next year. With VCT 2023 just around the corner, the team chose to make no serious changes. Retaining their core players, the only addition was Ryo "barce" Takebayashi, coming in as a substitute.

Zeta divisions final Valorant roster:

Japan Kouji "Laz" Ushida Japan Yuma "Dep" Hisamoto Japan Tenta "ten" Asai Japan Maruoka "crow" Tomoaki Japan Shota "SugarZ3ro" Watanabe Japan Ryo "barce" Takebayashi

With the Coaches being:

Japan Sawada "JUNiOR" Yuya Japan Hibiki "XQQ" Motoyama

ZETA will begin its 2023 season with the VCT 2023 - LOCK//IN, which is set to start on February 14, 2023.
