The organization was formed through a merger between Excel Esports, a British esports organization, and Giants, a Spanish esports organization. Their VALORANT division was established in June 2020, making them one of the longest-serving organizations in VALORANT. They also compete in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, League of Legends, Rocket League, and Rainbow Six: Siege.
