FUT Esports has officially signed Baha "baha" Gözmen in their quest to rebuild their lineup ahead of the VCT 2026 season.

For years, FUT Esports stood as one of the most consistent teams to qualify for VCT international events. Since the start of VALORANT franchising, FUT Esports has qualified for five out of six possible international tournaments from 2023 to 2024.

However, the most recent season saw FUT drop down from their usual domestic consistency as the Turkish organization missed their first VALORANT Champions since the start of franchising. Now, the team is fully set on rebuilding their lineup ahead of the VCT 2026 season following the acquisitions of young star Okan "KROSTALY" Alaçam and now baha.

    Who is baha?

Baha was a standout player on Papara SuperMassive all throughout 2025, where he was a highlight on smokes for the team. He was recently seen competing in the Red Bull Home Ground 2025 - EMEA Last Chance Qualifier with SuperMassive, where baha and the team finished 9th-16th.

He will now have his first opportunity at the tier one level, where he will likely fill a similar role within FUT Esports’ infrastructure in the VCT EMEA leagues.

As FUT continues to rebuild its lineup, it will be interesting to see how the additions of both baha and KROSTALY impact the team’s ability to make it back to the international stage. If both players can make the adjustments playing in Tier-2 and translate that to EMEA, VALORANT fans could see FUT Esports qualify back to the international stage after missing out on it all of the VCT 2025 season.

For now, they will have a couple of months to practice before the start of VCT EMEA Kickoff 2026.
