"Well, I think there would be some degree of that. Of course, I think it's different for each team and person, but relatively speaking… depending on what kind of tendencies the guys have, I think everyone is different."

This highlights the ongoing debate over whether direct playoff seeding is truly advantageous. For some, a break is rejuvenating; for others, the lack of match pressure can derail momentum.

Life Under Efina's Leadership

A central storyline for Gen.G in Stage 2 has been leadership; t3xture is now on his third IGL, Kim "Efina" Nak-Yeon. Discussing Efina's style, t3xture praised his captain's adaptability while noting the trade-offs of a flexible approach.

"Efina's strength is that he's a bit flexible... and he follows our opinions well, he's that kind of type, but I also think a lot that it can be a strength or a weakness. So whether during practice or matches, I try to talk a lot to be of much help to him."

While rigid leadership can stifle creativity, extreme flexibility can cause mid-round hesitation. t3xture’s assessment reveals his role as Efina's supporting pillar, actively communicating to ensure this flexibility remains a strength rather than a vulnerability.

"To be honest, it would be a lie to say there's no pressure normally. I believe that pressure is something that always exists and is one of the emotions I have to carry with me... but there's nothing really negative or uncomfortable about it."
