LOUD to part ways with RobbieBk and coach Leader ahead of 2026
LOUD's attempt to internationalize its VALORANT roster with a European player at the helm did not last. According to a report by THESPIKE Brazil, the team has decided to part ways with Dutch in-game leader Robbie "RobbieBk" Boerkamp and coach Kaan "Leader" Taşpınar ahead of the 2026 VCT season.
As LOUD eyes a rebuild, both RobbieBk and Leader have already been allowed to explore other options. Meanwhile, the future of the only non-Brazilian player left on the squad, Leandro "Virtyy" Moreno, remains in the air as the team continues to assess what the best possible lineup may look like moving forward.
RobbieBk out, Brazilian core remains
After a disastrous showing at the VALORANT Champions Tour 2025 - Americas Stage 1, where the team finished last in Group Alpha and failed to make playoffs, LOUD opted to bring RobbieBk half way through the year in hopes of turning the ship around. Unfortunately, it was just more of the same during the VALORANT Champions Tour 2025 - Americas Stage 2 for LOUD.
With the Dutch IGL leading the way, the team was able to win just one game throughout Stage 2, failing to qualify for playoffs once more. Now, LOUD will aim for at least a partial rebuild, saying goodbye to RobbieBk but retaining its core of Bryan "pANcada" Luna, Lucca "lukxo" Travaioli and Cauan "cauanzin" Pereira for 2026.
