VALORANT Patch 12.10: Replay sharing, Masters London Pick'Ems, and more
VALORANT's Patch 12.10 is a lighter update compared to recent releases, but it brings a handful of quality-of-life improvements that players have been asking for; most notably, the ability to share and watch replays directly through your friends list.
Replay Friend Sharing Is Finally Here
The headline feature of Patch 12.10 is Replay Friend Sharing, a long-requested social addition to the Replay system. Players can now head to any friend's Career page and watch their replays across all eligible game modes: Competitive, Unrated, Swiftplay, Premier, and Custom.
There's one caveat for Custom game replays—the lobby owner must manually enable recording in the Custom options menu before the match begins, and this setting needs to be re-enabled for every new game. It's a small extra step, but it keeps replay storage manageable for those who don't need it every time.
Masters London Pick'Ems Are Going Live
Just in time for the next major international event, Pick'Ems return for Masters London, going live on May 27 PT. Players can make their predictions both in-client and on the web.
For the Swiss Stage, you'll be predicting which teams advance from the 8-team first stage. There's an added bonus point opportunity for correctly picking a team to go through with a flawless 2-0 record. Even casual participation nets you an exclusive title, with additional prizes up for grabs based on how your picks stack up against the community.
Skirmish Gets New Maps and Agent Accessibility
The Skirmish mode receives two new maps: Skirmish D and E. Both will be available across all queues and customs. A notable design detail is that both maps feature ramps to introduce more peek angle variety, adding a new layer of tactical depth to the quick-play format.
On top of that, Skirmish: Ascension now lets players select any Agent for both 1v1 and 2v2 modes, regardless of whether they own them. It's a welcome accessibility change that lets players experiment freely without unlocking requirements getting in the way.
Bug Fixes
Agent Fixes
-
Miks received three notable fixes:
- M-Pulse healing no longer briefly lingers on enemies after they step out of range.
- M-Pulse no longer cancels other ability and weapon equip animations.
- Spamming alt-fire with M-Pulse no longer causes it to activate in the wrong form.
-
Harbor also got a fix:
- His Reckoning ultimate no longer disappears prematurely when the cast button is spammed.
Gameplay and Modes
A significant gameplay fix that was found on Patch 12.09 is now officially documented: a bug that allowed players to kill enemies from spawn during the buy phase has been patched out. In Skirmish 2v2, a timer bug that left the clock frozen at 0.5 seconds in overtime has also been resolved.
Store Fixes
On both PC and console, store-related bugs have been ironed out. PC players will now see proper bundle details on the confirmation page when purchasing VCT bundles, while console players had a clipping issue fixed when confirming gun buddy purchases from the battlepass.
Patch 12.10 may be light on sweeping changes, but Replay Friend Sharing and the Masters London Pick'Ems give the community two genuinely exciting reasons to engage with the client this week.
