VCT Pacific drops "superHuman" for Stage 2 with GRAMMY-nominee Audrey Nuna

VALORANT Champions Tour 2026 - Pacific Stage 2 has revealed its official anthem, "superHuman," a collaboration with GRAMMY-nominated Korean-American artist Audrey Nuna. The track drops globally across major streaming platforms on August 7, with the official music video premiering simultaneously on VCT Pacific's YouTube channel.

This marks Nuna's second VALORANT collaboration, following "TOXIC," which she produced with King Mala for an earlier VCT anthem.

Nuna's Historic GRAMMY Win

Nuna made history at the 68th Annual GRAMMY Awards, where the song "Golden"—which was a part of Netflix's KPop Demon Hunters—won Best Song Written for Visual Media, becoming the first-ever GRAMMY win credited to K-pop.

She performed the track alongside EJAE and Rei Ami as the fictional group HUNTR/X. "Golden" also picked up nominations for Song of the Year and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, topped charts worldwide, and earned multi-platinum certifications in several countries. "superHuman" is Nuna's first solo release since that career-defining moment.

The Sound and Story Behind the Track

Nuna built "superHuman" with producer Cirkut, whose credits include Rihanna, Lady Gaga, and The Weeknd. The label describes it as a progressive rap anthem rooted in fearless confidence and futuristic swagger, blending sharp verses with an unexpectedly vulnerable, melodic bridge.

Centered on the line "Hey world, hit me with whatever you got," the song moves between bold declarations of style and imagery drawn from nature—meant to showcase Nuna's full range as an artist: power, versatility, and unfiltered self-expression.

Nuna called the song deeply personal, written during a period of rapid change:

superHuman is a portal. I wrote this song at a time in my life where a lot was changing very quickly, and I felt more perceived by the world than I ever had before. I wanted to capture that feeling—of redemption, of validation, of the tides finally turning.

In the same breath, I wanted to quietly remind myself and others to stay human, stay open, to flow like water through all of the changes and that being more human will always be a superpower if we allow it.
