Masters 3 regional slots

PsionI dislike the region slots for Masters 3, any thoughts? The fact that japan, korea and SE Asia get the same number of slots as Brazil and specifically that SE Asia gets the same as brazil and MORE than Latin America. brazil should get one of SE asia's slots so brazil gets the same number of slots as NA/OCE.
