Yoru Changes

NiycohI feel like Yoru should have some sort of healing whenever he tp's back to his teleported. Maybe 30 health or so? Most dualists have some sort of healing, and i think at least 20-30 health coming back from a tp that has a 40 second cooldown is pretty okay. hes also not very good in the currently meta- at least from what ive heard so i think it could help him out a bit.
