Rix.GG Thunder officially revealed their IGL, Oliwer "LATEKS" Fahlander, as the first part of their re-entrance into the VALORANT scene. Since then, the organization has been day by day letting the world know the pieces of their roster, and it is finally complete. It will include Aaron "frei" Frei, Richard "rCk" Kanerva, Tom "otom" Hart, Joseph "Luzuh" Loose, and of course, LATEKS.

frei transitioned into VALORANT coming from the professional Counter-Strike: Global Offensive scene. He represented multiple organizations throughout his career, including Epsilon eSports, Fierce Esports, London Esports, and others. He managed to win all of the ESL Premiership Winter 2018, Insomnia 60 and 62 tournaments, the ESL Premiership Spring 2017, and the ESL UK Premiership Spring 2016.

His VALORANT performances have proven his talent, having won the Logitech G Invitational and placed 3rd-4th in the Nicecactus Fall Trophy #2. frei isn’t a stranger to Rix.GG as he was part of the original roster, which was let go back in November 2020.

As for rCk, he is a former Overwatch professional player, notably being the former off-tank and Sombra player for the Overwatch League’s Boston Uprising. He hasn’t competed much in VALORANT yet, but has already won the FEL Valorant Cup - #1, and even participated in several Open Qualifier rounds trying to reach the First Strike Europe Regional Final.

Meanwhile, otom competed briefly in all of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Fortnite, and even H1Z1, but without any noticeable success. Since his transition to VALORANT, he got 5th-8th in the Nicecactus Fall Trophy, and managed to make it out of the First Strike Europe: Open Qualifier A to reach the First Strike Europe: Qualifier #1 Playoff/Play-In. However, his career average of 280 ACS and 158.4 ADR as of the time of writing are enough to showcase the talent and potential he has.

Last but not least, Luzuh rounds out the roster as their fifth. He also comes from a CS:GO background, and has primarily been playing the Jett/Operator role in VALORANT as he’s played a few events with Prodigy and also, like frei, Rix before they released their team. A semifinals appearance in the Nicecactus Fall Trophy #2 with a mixed team is one of his biggest VALORANT achievements so far.

The new Rix.GG VALORANT team includes:

Sweden Oliwer "LATEKS" Fahlander Finland Richard "rCk" Kanerva United Kingdom Tom "otom" Hart United Kingdom Aaron "frei" Frei United Kingdom Joseph “Luzuh” Loose
