VALORANT Champions Tour EMEA has officially announced that there will only be three VCT 2022 - EMEA - Stage 1 - Challengers - Main Event matches this week.

Only three of six games will be played in Week 4 of the VCT 2022 - EMEA - Stage 1 - Challengers - Main Event, due to the current situation in Ukraine. This week we will not see FunPlus Phoenix, Natus Vincere, Fnatic, Guild Esports, M3 Champions and BIG. Worth to note that last week all VCT EMEA Challengers matches were postponed, but following the announcement these will be played simultaneously in Week 5. To ensure the players’ safety, Watch Parties will not be allowed this weekend.

The statement reads:

"We’re aware that some teams are facing uncertainty regarding if they can continue competing in VCT EMEA with their current starting rosters. Our Competitive Operations Teams are in close communications with these teams, and are exploring potential adjustments to the League’s regulations that will help them navigate through the coming weeks."

Here's what this VCT 2022 - EMEA - Stage 1 - Challengers - Main Event week's schedule looks like:

Saturday, March 5

16:00 CET: Papara SuperMassive vs BBL Esports

19:00 CET: Acend vs G2 Esports

Sunday, March 6
