Toy Maker isn't available from the Standard Banner, Beginner Banner, or Mini Banner.

Instead, it's obtained through the Release Tournament event.

1. Launch Anime Expeditions.
2. Select Play.
3. Enter Tournament mode.
4. Choose the Release Tournament (School Grounds).
5. Complete one full match.
6. Return to the lobby.
7. Open the Event Rewards menu.
