NRG are a professional esports organization based in the United States of America and were founded in November 2011 by the co-owners of professional NBA team, Scaremento Kings. Their VALORANT division was created in October 2020 and in November 2011 they announced the transfer of 4 players from the number one North American team, OpTic Gaming. They currently compete in Apex Legends, Rocket League, Fortnite as well as Overwatch League team, San Francisco Shock.

This event is organized by Riot Games. 12 teams are competing in a Double Elimination bracket. 1st-2nd and 3rd place winners qualify to VALORANT Masters Santiago 2026.
