After announcing his departure from M80, Daniel "eeiu" Vucenovichas been unveiled as the fourth team member for 100 Thieves.

eeiu joins 100 Thieves while NaturE joins as stand-in

eeiu, whose competitive journey traces back to 2020 with a brief stint at T1 Academy, gained prominence as part of the NRG Esports Challengers core. He established himself as a key player alongside s0m, remaining constantly on the roster for nearly two years. However, NRG's clean slate approach in the Americas League led eeiu to sign with M80, where he played a pivotal role in their victory in the NA Challengers League but fell short against their rivals, The Guard, in the Ascension grand finals.

This signing is a significant move for eeiu, transitioning from a Challengers rebuild to joining forces with 100 Thieves, following a recent second-place finish in Ascension Americas, which led to another departure from the fractured M80 roster. The move is hoped to breathe new life into the struggling 100 Thieves, which finished in 8th place in the inaugural season of the VCT Americas League.

Although the organization has not yet announced their permanent fifth player, Nicholas "NaturE" Garrison has been revealed as the stand-in for the roster at the upcoming event. NaturE, who last participated in aLAN event almost a year ago with a second-place finish in the Ludwig x Tarik Invitational with TSM, will not only fill the stand-in role but is also being considered as a potential candidate to fill the final vacancy within the roster, according to Jacob Toft-Andersen.

The revamped 100 Thieves roster, including eeiu, is set to debut in Tokyo, Japan, at the fourth Red Bull Home Ground event, where they will be defending their title from the previous off-season's third edition.

At Home Ground 4, the 100 Thieves lineup will consist of:

    • United States Peter "Asuna" Mazuryk
    • United States Sean "bang" Bezerra
    • United States Matthew "Cryocells" Dylan Panganiban
    • Canada Daniel "eeiu" Vucenovic
    • United States Nicholas "NaturE" Garrison (Stand-in)

    • United States Zander "thwifo" Kim (Substitute)

    • United Kingdom Tony "Zikz" Gray (Head Coach)

    • United States Michael "Mikes" Hockom (Asisstant Coach)
