    Acend welcome L1nk as the fifth player for EMEA LCQ

    Travis "L1NK" Mendoza will complete the Acend roster in VCT 2022 - EMEA Last Chance Qualifier, announced today.

    Acend made huge roster changes since the start of the season and they keep on making changes to compete in İstanbul. Firstly, they parted ways with Vladyslav "kiles" Shvets and Santeri "BONECOLD" Sassi. Lastly, Aleksander "zeek" Zygmunt was benched and the team began looking for a new player. The announcement came today and Acend’s roster has been finalized.

    Travis "L1NK" Mendoza was previously benched by Team Liquid. Aurimas "Dreamas" Zablockis filled his shoes in his absence and the British player did not play for any other team since then. It has been 2 months since he played a professional match. Since the beginning of his career, L1nk has held a 0.97 rating and a 1.09 K/D in 218 maps. He even reached the semi-finals of VCT 2021 - VALORANT Champions 2021, besides his regional success.
