Once again Cloud9 make a change to their roster, acquiring former Version1 in-game leader Anthony "vanity" Malaspina to lead the new and improved roster.

In joining Cloud9, vanity will be joining his former Counter-Strike teammates Erick "Xeppaa" Bach & Nathan "leaf" Orf. Along with Joshua "steel" Nissan, the latter 3 were able to break through the lower tier CS scene under Chaos. There are many roster changes that can happen to the now 7-man roster, there have been numerous reports of Ricky "floppy" Kemery being inactive from the roster, as he will be playing for North American CS:GO team Extra Salt in a tournament this coming weekend.

As of now, Mitch "mitch" Semago currently fills the IGL role for Cloud9, however according to Vanity's twitter post he will be taking that role. So there is a possibility that the benched player is Mitch, which makes sense from a logistical standpoint.

**With this addition, Cloud9 will be: **

United States Mitch “mitch” Semago United States Nathan “leaf” Orf South Korea Son “xeta” Seon-ho United States Erick “Xeppaa” Bach United States Anthony "vanity" Malaspina United States Michael “poiz” Possis United States Ricky “floppy” Kemery (inactive)
