FrosT joins FULL SENSE as Head Coach reuniting with former TALON core
FULL SENSE have officially confirmed the signing of Hector "FrosT" Rosario as head coach for the remainder of the 2026 season, closing the book on a weeks-long saga surrounding his exit from Global Esports. The move brings FrosT back into the fold with a roster he knows intimately, setting up one of the more intriguing storylines heading into VALORANT Champions Tour 2026 - Pacific Stage 2.
The Global Esports Departure
The uncertainty around FrosT's future was lurking around the internet for some time until June 27th, when Global Esports Founder & CEO Dr. Rushindra Sinha confirmed via YouTube that the coach had parted ways with the Indian organization.
Sinha didn't hold back on the praise, calling FrosT a "brilliant coach" and expressing hope that their paths would cross again professionally down the line. The comments left the door open for a reunion somewhere in the scene.
A Family Reunion
FrosT's move to FULL SENSE isn't a fresh start so much as a homecoming. He's reuniting with the former TALON squad of Thanamethk "Crws" Mahatthananuyut, Taned "Killua" Teerasawad, Papaphat "Primmie" Sriprapha, and Jittana "JitBoyS" Nokngam—a core he spent two years building before circumstances pulled them apart.
That separation came after Riot Games terminated TALON's VCT Partnership on November 18, 2025. Rather than let the roster disband, FULL SENSE stepped in and kept the Thai core together, effectively preserving the foundation FrosT had spent two seasons cultivating. Now, with his arrival, the full picture reassembles: coach and players back under one roof, picking up a project that was interrupted rather than abandoned.
Credentials That Speak for Themselves
FrosT's track record made him one of the more sought-after coaching names on the market. In just half a season with Global Esports, he took the team from a mediocre standing to qualifying for an international event, showcasing his ability to extract structure and improvement from a roster in a short window.
That international debut, admittedly, didn't go as smoothly as they might have liked. Global Esports were eliminated from VALORANT Champions Tour 2026 - Masters London 2026 in the group stage, leaving some questions about how the partnership would have evolved further. Those questions are now moot, but the underlying takeaway remains: FrosT can accelerate a team's trajectory quickly, even if translating that into deep tournament runs is still a work in progress.
The Road Ahead
The timeline here is tight. With less than two weeks remaining before Stage 2 begins, FrosT has to move fast—reacquainting himself with players he coached for two years but who've since operated under a different coaching philosophy following the TALON collapse.
The target is clear: another international qualification, this time with Champions on the line. Given his history with this exact core, FULL SENSE will be banking on chemistry and shared understanding to shortcut the usual adjustment period. Whether two years of prior work translates into their second international appearance this year should become evident fast, given how little time is left on the clock.
