After missing their first VALORANT Champions since the start of VALORANT franchising, FUT Esports has officially the signing of young star Okan "KROSTALY" Alaçam ahead of the VCT 2026 season.

The VCT 2025 season saw FUT Esports lose ground atop the EMEA domestic leagues. For the past two years, FUT had been a steadfast presence on the international stage. Since the start of the VCT EMEA franchised league, the team had qualified for five international events in just two years with their best placement 7th-8th place at VCT 2023 - Champions. However, the VCT 2025 season did not unfold like it usually did for them. The Turkish team started out strong at VALORANT Champions Tour 2025 - EMEA Kickoff with a fourth place finish to start their year. And yet, as each Stage passed, FUT found themselves falling down the domestic rankings, ultimately missing out on VALORANT Champions Tour 2025 - Valorant Champions

As a result, FUT Esports has looked towards revamping their lineup in hopes of making it back to the international stage by adding rising Turkish star KROSTALY to their VCT 2026 lineup.

    Who is KROSTALY?

KROSTALY is a 19 year old Turkish player who most recently played for Fenerbahçe Esports, where he served as the team’s primary carry in the Turkish leagues. Additionally, KROSTALY previously played under the FUT Esports banner in 2024 as a stand-in for the Red Bull Home Ground Turkish Qualifier. Now, he will have his first opportunity to play at the tier one level with FUT Esports as a primary member of the team.

With a sea of rising EMEA talent, it will be interesting to see how KROSTALY’s addition to FUT Esports will play out going into the start of the VCT 2026 season.
