G2 Esports have announced that Oscar "ozzy" Scott will be standing-in for their team for the next round of VCT Open Qualifiers, replacing Aleksander "zeek" Zygmunt. ozzy will be functioning in the IGL role.

ozzy has played for a number of unsigned and mix teams, finding different levels of success. Almost always on a controller role, he has all-time stats of 214 ACS and 1.06 Rating. During his time with Unsigned, he secured a tournament win at the Rix.GG Rix.GG Series - Kick-Off Community Tournament, and most recently competed with HSDIRR, becoming yet another player from the primarily-Swedish roster to be joining a big organization.

G2’s results have been very poor lately, and they’ll hope ozzy can make the difference they need to put them back in the conversation at the top of Europe. G2 say he’ll be joining them for their Berlin bootcamp, which would be at least in part because zeek's father has contracted COVID-19.

    G2 Esports are now:

Spain Oscar “mixwell” Cañellas Colocho Poland Patryk “paTiTek” Fabrowski Sweden Jacob “pyth” Mourujärvi Latvia Ardiis “ardiis” Svarenieks United Kingdom Oscar “ozzy” Scott (Stand-in)

    Poland Aleksander “zeek” Zygmunt (Inactive)

United Kingdom Neil “neilzinho” Finlay (Coach)
