G2 Esports bolster their ranks with new Strategic Coach Anderzz

Hot off their second-place finish at the VALORANT Champions Tour 2025 - Masters Bangkok 2025, G2 Esports continue their relentless pursuit of trophies. Now, with a world-class squad of players at their command, G2 have announced the addition of Martin "Anderzz" Schelasin as the team's new Strategic Coach, further bolstering their ranks for the continuation of the VALORANT Champions Tour 2025 - Americas Stage 1.

The G2 army is coming for it all

After dominating the competition at the VALORANT Champions Tour 2025 - Americas Kickoff, G2 stood only inches away from securing their first international title at Masters Bangkok. The team's stellar showing on the biggest staged cemented G2 as one of the very best VALORANT teams in the world.

To continue their journey, G2 came into Stage 1 of the Americas and claimed a straightforward win over FURIA during their opening match of the tournament.

Far from growing complacent, however, the addition of Anderzz is expected to give G2 just the boost they need as the team seeks to secure the Stage 1 trophy before looking ahead to the next step of international competition.

Anderzz: The final touch

Having worked hand in hand with the Fnatic squad as the team's Strategic Consultant since the beginning of the 2023 season, Anderzz is well-versed on all-things strategy when it comes to competitive VALORANT.

Though the G2 squad may be filled with top-tier individual talent, it is precisely the team's ability to play as a cohesive 5-man unit which saw G2 excel during Kickoff and Masters Bangkok. Now, the addition of Anderzz looks to bring further insight into a team whose strategy-heavy approach to the game has already done wonders in the Americas.

With the team pulling out all the stops, though, the question has to be asked: is there anyone in the region capable of putting a stop to G2 Esports during Stage 1?
