Gamelanders bring in Belky to replace JhoW

Just a couple weeks ago, the dominant Brazilian team Gamelanders Blue lost one of their players, as Jonathan "Jhow" Glória made the decision to leave the team. That decision left the team without a dedicated controller player. Now they have found their replacement in Astra extraordinare Lucas "BELKY" Belchior.

They obliterated the Brazilian scene early on in VALORANT, including a victory in First Strike Brazil Regional Final and a 2nd place finish during VCT 2021 - Stage 1 - Brazil Masters. However they have struggled to adapt to the recent meta changes, specifically not rolling with an Astra during their qualifiers for Masters 2, where they finsihed in 5th place. With such disappointing results, a change was needed, and after JhoW chose to step down from the team, they were able to move forward in finding a player who plays the interstellar agent.

The next regional qualifers have yet to be announced for the Brazilians regions, but with this move it is clear that Gamelanders intends to claw their way back to the top of the Brazilian region.
