Global Esports is reportedly in talks to sign Wong "JayH" Jia Heng. JayH, who was previously on the BLEED Esports roster at the start of the year, is known to play the "flex role" in VALORANT.

The Singaporean player looks to have caught the eyes of Global Esports who want to rebuild their roster for the next VALORANT season. It is worth mentioning that the player's previous organization BLEED Esports also made it to Pacific League this year after winning the Ascension event.

Global Esports start rebuild

Global Esports started the season off with a seven-man roster but later dropped Michael "WRONSKI" Wronski from the roster. It is currently unknown wheather JayH will play a part on the roster actively or not. JayH's time at BLEED Esports was also filled with in-and-outs within the team's active roster.

Global Esports also announced the departure of their long term coach Hong "Eraser" Chang-pyo on July 31. This signals the start of many potential changes for the team for the upcoming season. The roster had subpar results during the regular season as they failed to make it to the playoff stage. That was followed by a 5th-6th finish at the VCT Pacific LCQ.

JayH's addition to the squad will add a fresh layer of depth as the Singaporean player is able to play a variety of roles. However, he is far from a complete package which can be explained by his sudden dropping from the BLEED Esports roster despite them winning the VCT MY/SG Split 1. Still, with the right guidance he is sure to flourish under the Global Esports banner alongside the many experienced players currently on the team.

The transfer window is just starting in Pacific region. It will be interesting to see who else Global Esports sign or drop in the coming days.
